Autumn in Vermont.
It has been my long held ambition to paint the incredible autumnal scenery of the state of Vermont in the USA. And I am pleased to say that I at last, fulfilled this ambition this year.
And as a landscape artist, the opportunity to capture on canvas the fantastic array of vibrant autumnal, or “fall” colours in this particular part of the world has undoubtedly been one of the highlights in my long and varied painting career.
The original paintings from this tour will form the basis of my forthcoming Exhibition in Vermont in the Autumn of 2009. However, several paintings from this tour are featured here on line. And Fine Art Giclée prints from some of them will be on sale here in the New Year.
